Dean joined TMS last year to run our popular TMS eSports/Gaming programme.

“I was ready for a career change and joined TMS because I’d enjoyed youth sports coaching in the past. I now lead a fabulous team who help our young people reach their potential through doing something they love.

“Outside work I’m a lifelong sports fan – particularly padel and football.”
