Compassionate one-to-one mentoring is an effective way to help children and young adults in Gloucestershire grow in confidence and develop the social, emotional and practical skills they need to succeed in life. 

Since 2017, our bespoke training, mentoring and support packages have helped thousands of young people who struggle with traditional education to fulfill their potential.

TMS+

TMS+ is our education provision where supportive one-to-one mentoring and training are overseen by our education team to ensure achievable educational targets are met. 

Our trusted education facilitators and coordinators create personalised one-to-one and small group sessions that are designed to ease the transition back into a classroom environment.

Post-16 pathways

TMS Sports 16+

TMS Sports offers an accredited qualification for 16 to 18-year-olds with a passion for sports, who struggle with mainstream education.

The NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Sport and NCFE Level 2 Award in Sports, Fitness and Active Leisure blend physical activity and theoretical knowledge to encourage young adults to grow in confidence and develop vital teamwork and leadership skills.

TMS Outdoors 16+

Personal growth, caring for the environment and the benefits of the great outdoors are the driving force behind our latest post-16 provision: TMS Outdoors.

Based in the heart of Gloucestershire, TMS Outdoors gives young people the chance to develop new skills, care for the environment and have fun in the natural world while working towards a Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) qualification.

TMS Gaming 16+

Brand new for 2026, TMS Gaming provides personalised mentoring, education and support in an innovative post-16 pathway for young adults. 

Based in Gloucester Docks, students will work towards a Level 2/3 in eSports and a Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) qualification, including English and maths, PSHE and AQA/ASDAN awards – all while growing in confidence and developing vital life skills.
