Can I take this opportunity to provide some feedback. During the time you have been supporting this family, TMS have provided an excellent service. Visits have been regular and consistently in accordance with the needs of the LA/family. The diary sheets are detailed, accurate and provided in a timely way. A representative has attended every support review meeting and highlighted straight away any safeguarding concerns. Your service has been significant in supporting us to accurately assess the needs of the family and decide on a longer-term plan for the children.
